It is ok to call me and just talk about what you might want from counselling and how we might work together. You are under no obligation to make an appointment. I remember how it felt setting up my first appointment with my own counsellor. It may feel like a big step to get in touch but all you are doing it finding out what might happen next.

The Barnfield Therapy Rooms are about a 15 minute walk from Exeter Central Station and a few minutes walk from the High Street. Several buses stop on Heavitree Road, the closest stops are Waitrose or St Loyes, heading towards the City Centre, or Lower Summerlands or Waitrose on the way out of the Exeter.

There is paid parking on the street outside or the two closest carparks would be The Triangle Car Park or Princesshay 2 Car Park, this is an underground car park
